1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or placing an order within the SPORT VOID application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these operational guidelines, you are prohibited from utilizing our checkout pipeline.

2. Product Availability & Pricing

All listed items reflect live physical stock quantities located in our local warehouse grid, except items explicitly marked as Pre-Order. Prices are quoted and settled in Myanmar Kyats (Ks). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or update product details at any time without prior notification.

3. Order Processing & Verification

To prevent automated checkouts and security breaches, non-registered guest users must complete Cloudflare Turnstile human verification. Registered user authentication is secured via Laravel Sanctum keys. We reserve the right to flag and decline orders that exhibit high-risk indicators or fail security protocols.

4. Payment Protocols & Slip Uploads

Transactions using Bank Transfer or QR Payment require a verified proof of transaction. Customers must upload a clear image of their transfer receipt slip. Slippage reviews are processed manually by our administrators. Orders using cash-based methods (Cash on Delivery / COD / Cash Pickup) do not require proof uploads.

5. Exclusives & Special Sale Terms

• Pre-Orders: Secure incoming product allocations. Fully upfront payments are required for pre-orders. Cash/COD methods are disabled.
• Live Sales: Active auction drops purchasable only during active stream events. Orders containing live-sale items placed outside active events will be declined.

6. Cancellations & Refund Guidelines

Cancellation requests are eligible only before order packaging or shipment operations begin. Once submitted, cancellations undergo manual admin verification. Approved refund amounts will be transferred manually to the recipient's specified bank details (e.g., KBZPay, CB Bank) within 48 operational hours.
