DATA DELETION

At SportVerse, we believe you should have complete control over your personal data. This page outlines how you can permanently delete your account and associated information from our servers.

How to Delete Your Account

Method 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

You can delete your account automatically at any time directly from your dashboard. This is the fastest method.

  1. Log in to your SportVerse account.
  2. Navigate to your Dashboard.
  3. Click on Profile Settings.
  4. Scroll down to the Danger Zone section at the bottom right.
  5. Click Delete Account and confirm with your password (if applicable).

Method 2: Manual Data Deletion Request

If you no longer have access to your account or prefer us to handle the deletion manually, you can submit a Data Deletion Request to our support team.

Email: sportvoid@gmail.com

Please include the email address associated with your account and state "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line. We will process your request within 7 business days.

What happens when your account is deleted?

  • Your profile information (name, email, phone) will be permanently erased.
  • Your social login connections (Google, Facebook, Apple) will be unlinked.
  • Your order history will be anonymized to comply with financial reporting laws, but will no longer be linked to your identity.
  • You will lose access to all your order tracking and digital receipts.

Note: This action is completely irreversible.
